To be the primary source of mortgage financing for my clients and the professionals I work with.   My underlying mission is to work closely with the community and to meet their financing needs by employing my affiliations with numerous lending sources.  This type of relationship allows me to successfully locate the most suitable mortgage program for each of my customer's particular situation. 

 

Services - Residential Loans:

With over fifteen years in the mortgage industry I have seen mortgage lending process shift from primarily requiring a 20 percent down payment to 3 percent down payment programs. I specialize in first time homebuyers and difficult to place Conventional, FHA and VA loans.  If you have limited money for a down payment, little or poor credit, I may be able to help you.  Since my first year in the mortgage business, I have successfully originated and closed loans that other mortgage loan companies could not.
